Return Policy

We stand behind the products we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of air filters and health-related products, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used. Please also include your proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@seekcleanair.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us immediately with a photo of the issue so we can fix it quickly.

Sale Items

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

The best way to get the item you want is to return the original (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take a few additional days to post the funds.
